AT THE EDGE OF

GLACIER NATIONAL PARK

From mid-June thru the end of September, our family-run food truck is parked at the edge of one of the most pristine places on Earth—East Glacier Park. Just off Highway 49, as you descend the famous Looking Glass Highway, Island Thyme is one of the first stops you’ll see entering town.

We’re also just a few miles from the Two Medicine entrance, making us the closest hot, made-from-scratch food around.

After long hikes, winding roads, and full days in Glacier, this is where people refuel. Eat with us, or take it back to your campsite—slow-smoked meats, fresh ingredients, good music, and no rush.
